Equipped with a high-precision film roll fixing shaft, it can firmly fix stretch film rolls of different specifications. The shaft end is provided with an adjustable fastening knob, which facilitates quick replacement of film rolls by operators and reduces downtime.

Equipped with the air expansion shaft to adjust the tension of film.After the air expansion shaft expands, it can achieve uniform and tight fit with the inner hole of the film roll, ensuring that the film roll does not shift or loosen during rotation. This makes the release of the stretch film more stable and precise, helping to improve the quality and consistency of packaging, and avoiding problems such as packaging wrinkles and loose seals caused by unstable release of the film material.

It is equipped with a high-performance heating plate, generally using high-quality alloy heating wires, which enables fast and uniform heating. The surface of the heating plate has undergone special treatment, featuring good thermal conductivity and anti-adhesion properties. It can quickly transfer heat to the stretch film while preventing the film material from sticking to the heating plate, ensuring the quality of heat sealing. 

The stainless steel shield is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance. It can effectively resist erosion from common moisture, acids, and alkalis in the production environment and is not easy to rust. Even in humid food processing workshops or industrial production environments where chemical reagents are used, it can maintain good appearance and performance for a long time, greatly extending the service life of the shield.

The waste film is neatly wound into rolls, facilitating subsequent centralized transportation to recycling stations. Compared with scattered waste film, the recycling price can be increased by 15%-20%, and at the same time, material loss caused by scattered waste film is avoided.
